ABA League Appeals Board confirms decision by Disciplinary Judge
Based on the articles 50.1, 50.4, 50.5, 50.6, 50.8, 50.11. of the ABA League Disciplinary Code (DPABA), the Appeals Board, composed of President Boštjan Koritnik, and members Krunoslav Štengl and Milovan Zvijer, has unanimously made the decision to confirm the decision by the ABA League Disciplinary Disciplinary Judge, No. 83-2019/20 made on 21 January 2020.

Due to the insufficient organization of the 2019/20 ABA League 2 Round 16 game between MZT Skopje Aerodrom and Sutjeska, played on 15 January 2020, the ABA League Disciplinary Judge Saša Pavličić - Bekić previously made a decision to sanction MZT Skopje Aerodrom.
Based on the articles 29.1 f, 29.1 l, 29.1 h, 29.1 f and 31.1of the ABA League Disciplinary Code, MZT Skopje Aerodrom are sanctioned by:
- Playing the next home game in the ABA League 2 in front of empty stands;
- Fine in amount of 15.001 €.
